Economic and Concrete Supports

Payments may be made as an add-on to the foster child (minor parent's) payment to the foster care provider using the foster child's eligibility. The baby is also added to the foster child's Medicaid case. If the baby enters State custody, a separate eligibility determination must be made for the baby utilizing all eligibility requirements.
