Supports and Services for Expectant and Parenting Youth in Foster Care

This publication discusses State laws and policies that provide services that assist youth living in foster care who are expecting or parenting children develop the skills necessary to establish safe and stable homes for their children. Services include health care, instruction in parenting skills, and support in meeting education and employment goals. This publication presents a general overview of this aspect of child welfare law.
