Rights of LGBTQIA2S+ Youth in Foster Care

A child in foster care has the following rights:
- To not be discriminated against because of their race, color, religious creed, disability, handicap, ancestry, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or sex
- To be treated with fairness, dignity, and respect

- To have clean, seasonal clothing that is age and gender appropriate
