Immunity for Making Reports
Citation: Gen. Laws § 40-11-4
Any person participating in good faith in making a report pursuant to the reporting laws shall have immunity from any civil or criminal liability that might otherwise be incurred or imposed.
Additional Provisions of Immunity
Citation: Gen. Laws § 40-11-4
Any such participant shall have the same immunity with respect to participation in any judicial proceeding resulting from the report.
