The Requirement for Clergy to Report

Every person who has reason to believe that a child under age 18 is a victim of abuse or neglect shall report the matter promptly to the Department of Human Services.
Privileged Communications

No privilege or contract shall relieve any person from the requirement of reporting pursuant to this section.
