Immunity for Making Reports

Any person, hospital, institution, school, facility, or agency participating in good faith in making a report of suspected child abuse or neglect shall have immunity from any civil or criminal liability that might otherwise result by reason of such actions. For any civil or criminal proceeding, the good faith of any person required to report cases of child abuse or neglect pursuant to law shall be presumed.
Additional Provisions of Immunity

Any person, hospital, institution, school, facility, or agency participating in good faith in testifying in any proceeding arising out of an instance of suspected child abuse or neglect, the taking of photographs, or the removal or keeping of a child pursuant to § 13302 of the Child Protective Act shall have immunity from any civil or criminal liability that might otherwise result by reason of such actions. For any civil or criminal proceeding, the good faith of any person required to report cases of child abuse or neglect pursuant to law shall be presumed.
