State Approaches to Concurrent Planning
Citation: Ann. Stat. § 32A-4-29; Admin. Code § 8.26.2.24
When a motion to terminate parental rights is filed, the Children, Youth, and Families Department shall perform concurrent planning.
In regulation: The Protective Services Division shall attempt to place children in foster care with concurrent plans of adoption in foster homes that have been identified as concurrent families.
