There are many ways to be All In for waiting children and youth. Leaders from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) are All In by raising awareness and developing policies and resources for states to better serve waiting children. Youth advocates from across the country are All In by educating policymakers and empowering and supporting young people. And community organizations, volunteers, and families are All In by providing supports to children and youth as foster and adoptive parents and mentors.
