Please join us for the final webinar in the Youth At-Risk of Homelessness (YARH2) Grantees Webinar Series.
On Tuesday, May 18, 2021, representatives from Westchester County Department of Social Services will share their lessons learned in developing and implementing the BraveLife Intervention (BLI). BLI is a youth-centered, strengths-based initiative that uses peer-to-peer (P2P) navigators to support young adults with lived experience in foster care in Westchester County, NY.
Learn how BLI uses P2P navigators and a three-phased model to help increase youth’s ability to articulate and work toward their goals, interact with professionals, and be able to initiate connections to resources on their own.
Tuesday, May 18, 2021, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. EDT
