The 19th National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect was held on April 30 to May 2, 2014, in New Orleans, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The conference theme was "Making Meaningful Connections." The conference was held in conjunction with the 40th Anniversary of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA).
