Anderson, McKenzie, Jackson, & McKenzie (2007)
Aims to increase child and family service agencies' effectiveness in developing and retaining their staff by applying information from research and best retention practices to their work. This series provides a workbook for each of the following subjects: the role of leaders in staff retention, the practice of retention-focused supervision, working with differences, communications skills, the first 6 months, and recruiting and selecting the right staff in child and family service.
