National Caseload/Workload Studies and Reports
These studies describe methods for determining workload and caseload, factors that need to be considered in addressing workload issues, and the role of caseload and workload in child welfare practice, including relationship to child and family outcomes. Also included are State and local efforts to assess the workload and caseload of child welfare staff and to develop and implement measures to ensure that workers have manageable caseloads.
