This program is funded through the Children's Bureau, Administration for Children and Families, U. S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Center's goal is to support grantees' efforts to design and build systems of care that will improve safety, permanency, and well-being for families and children. The Center is continually developing resources that will support the grantees' efforts to improve outcomes for children and families. Through its evaluation efforts, the Center also produces information on this initiative's effectiveness. Please check back frequently for additional resources on systems of care.
