Improving Practices
Evidence-based practice, evaluating program and practice effectiveness, and evaluation findings for child welfare and related fields.

Interagency Collaboration
Collaboration among public agencies and between public and private agencies and communities. Includes information on collaboration with selected fields, such as courts, substance abuse, domestic violence, and health/mental health systems.

Quality Improvement
Quality improvement in human services systems, child welfare agencies, community agencies, and managed care systems. Includes information about accreditation.

Selected Resources National Child Welfare Resource Center for Organizational Improvement Offers training and technical assistance to improve management and operations, bolster organizational capacity, promote service integration, and develop supervisory and management systems; also coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates onsite training and technical assistance across the National Resource Centers.
