Domestic Violence Treatment Services

Domestic violence can have a devastating effect in the lives of the children and adult victims. It can contribute to the development of and/or impair recovery from other coexisting issues. Child welfare professionals must work together to develop principles, procedures, and treatment programs to help children and adult victims recover from the trauma of domestic violence. The following provide resources on treatment for adult and child victims, as well as batterer intervention.
