Acknowledgments

Kenneth Watson, MSW, LCSW, ACSW, is the Assistant Director of the Chicago Child Care Society. He has been active as a social worker in child welfare for almost 40 years. Mr. Watson serves on the Editorial Review board of the journal, Child Welfare and on the Board of the American Adoption Congress. He has delivered training to professionals, foster parents, and adoptive parents throughout the United States, and he has served as a visiting professor at four schools of social work.
