ABDUCTION MURDERS OF CHILDREN: WHAT RESEARCH TELLS US
Tragically, statistics indicate that more than 100 children will be abducted and murdered this year. What children are most at risk? Who is the typical killer? What creates the deadly mix between killer and victim? This seminar will review the findings of a three-year research project assessing more than 500 abduction murder investigations in 44 states. Information about victims, offenders, and investigative strategies will be discussed, along with media planning tips and resources for training and technical assistance.
