Roy Harley serves as the Executive Director of Prevent Child Abuse Illinois, a statewide, nonprofit agency providing child advocacy, training and technical assistance, and public education related to child abuse and neglect. His contribution includes 25 years of experience and commitment in the field, including 17 years as Executive Director of the local Child Abuse Council in Moline, Illinois. Additionally, Mr. Harley has been involved actively in several state initiatives, including: Child Death Review Teams, the Citizens Advisory Committee on Child Abuse and Neglect, and the Health Families Illinois Steering Committee.
