Information for fathers and for relatives is also provided. The factsheet walks the reader through the adoption process by discussing how an expectant parent can explore different options, make the adoption decision, place a baby through an agency or through an independent (private) adoption, select adoptive parents, and decide how much contact to have with the child after the adoption. | |
